Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and contract activities in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee both local and international suppliers, manage imports/exports, and maintain inventory levels to ensure cost-effective procurement.

The role requires strong negotiation skills, ERP proficiency (SAP/Syspro/Sage Evolution), and a track record of reducing costs while improving supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' Procurement Management or Senior Purchasing experience in manufacturing/engineering/mining.
• Qualification in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance.
• Knowledge of imports/exports, customs clearance, international procurement, and logistics.
• ERP systems experience with SAP, Syspro, Sage Evolution and related inventory/cost reporting.

As Procurement Manager, you will lead all sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and contract activities while ensuring cost-effective, quality-driven procurement. You will manage local and international suppliers, oversee imports and exports, maintain inventory levels, negotiate contracts and pricing, drive supplier performance, support production requirements, and continuously improve procurement processes, systems, and cost-saving initiatives across the business.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years' Procurement Management or Senior Purchasing experience within a manufacturing, engineering, mining, industrial, or production environment.
• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance.
• Strong knowledge of imports, exports, customs clearance, international procurement, foreign exchange transactions, and logistics management.
• Experience working on ERP systems such as SAP, Syspro, Sage Evolution, or similar, with strong inventory, reporting, and cost management capabilities.
