Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Oversee stock movement, procurement, and delivery schedules.
  • Purchasing & Coordination: Prioritize purchases, track deliveries, and ensure alignment with SOPs.
  • Communication: Liaise with lodges, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Inventory Management: Track stock, warranties, and item conditions.
  • Courier & Transport: Manage deliveries, returns, and company vehicles.
  • Order Processing: Review lodge orders, update pricing, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Supplier Management: Check invoices, analyze pricing, and update procurement sheets.
  • Warehouse & Office Management: Maintain storerooms, organize stock, and ensure quality control.
