Job Description :
- Responsible for developing relevant procurement category strategies, supporting input to business cases, and planning to ensure security of supply, advancing supplier partnerships that drive innovation and value, compiling and executing sourcing events, supporting negotiations, and establishing and executing contracts.

- Execute contract management activities for the allocated portfolio, including loading finalized contracts onto the system to enable transactions.
- Manage and process purchase orders.
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate transaction records.
- Identify and address potential procurement needs.
- Manage the procure-to-pay process.
Supplier Management :
- Assess and evaluate suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Strategic Sourcing and Cost Management :
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Analyze spend and identify potential cost savings.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve cost objectives.
- Monitor and control expenses against approved budgets.
Reporting and Compliance :
- Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities.
- Monitor contracts and ensure compliance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Code 8 license.
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) or similar certifications are beneficial.
- Proficiency in procurement software and IT systems.
