About the role

To assist the Procurement and Logistics Manager in managing the non-merchandise procurement and central planning department within Store Development.

Key outputs include forecasting and planning, stock management, stock reporting, supplier management, warehousing, and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling and running sourcing events for all centrally planned F&F components & relevant VM equipment for all TFG Group retail brands' store build/launch within the development program related to the financial year store Capex release.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning of centrally procured shop fitting & VM equipment supplied to store development Capex projects aligned to defined stock turn KPIs.
  • Assist in forecasting & planning cycles both locally & internationally, considering manufacture lead-times, production sequencing, logistics, shipping, clearance, duties, & last mile logistics to development site destination / DC storage.
  • Manage stock book value, aging, obsolete risk, and reporting to finance and auditing teams.
  • Manage multiple stock book plants and cross-balance to SAP values/trends & reconciliations (SAP & Excel).
  • Sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and management of supplier relationships, SLA fulfillment, & quality assurance with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Secure formalized contracts and SLA agreements with key 3rd party suppliers.
  • Manage direct internal TFG team and external 3rd party suppliers.
  • Oversee TFG DC team allocated to shop fitting warehouse and manage storage locations, including leased storage negotiations within the approved budget.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 3+ years' proven experience in sourcing and procurement.
  • 3+ years' proven central planning experience.
  • Warehouse and distribution management experience.
  • SAP and COUPA systems knowledge.
  • Must have a driver's license, own car, and be able to travel.
