This role involves sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory, and supporting clerical tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in procurement and excel in data management to ensure timely delivery for production needs.
Manufacturer in the automotive industry is seeking a Procurement & Warehouse Administrator to support their supply chain and warehousing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best pricing, placing orders, and ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet production demands. You will be required to process purchase orders and invoices accurately, maintain and monitor inventory levels, and keep procurement data up to date through spreadsheets and reports. Additional responsibilities include assisting with budget tracking and performing general clerical duties, including payroll administrative support.
Requirements :
National Senior Certificate (Matric / NQF Level 4)
Minimum 1 year of procurement experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management and stock tracking
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage
Proficiency in inventory management systems
