The Role
We are currently looking for a Procurement/Administrative Professional for our HQ in Bucharest (hybrid), reporting to thе Procurement & Facility Manager.
Fixed term contract: 1 year.
The
ideal candidate is a results-driven person, with strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as excellent time management and organization. Due to the diverse areas of interest, exposure to a large range of categories
(equipment/parts/supplies/maintenance, location rental, fleet, transport, customs) is an important advantage.
Profile & Position Requirements
- University graduate;
- Professional experience of at least 3 years in a similar position;
- Strong command of the English language;
- Solid PC operating skills (MS Office);
- Capacity to work in a dynamic working environment and adapt to high professional standards and requirements.
Main Purpose Of Position
- Develop and implement efficiency and cost-control projects/processes/programs, sustainability (ESG) initiatives and projects.
- Manage rental and utility contracts, support with location opening / modification projects (space negotiation, construction, partitioning, relocation, renovation).
- Ensure relationship development and management with key suppliers, delivering value through negotiation and partnering.
- Work collaboratively across multiple departments to build a strong partnership with the business.
- Manage supplier selection, RFQ and RFI process, negotiation, contracting and supplier performance processes for key suppliers, to align with business growth and new product introductions.
Specific Tasks And Responsibilities
- Interact with key stakeholders in identifying business needs and manage preparation, implementation and execution of procurement processes;
- Deep dive and build knowledge of sourced goods/services, market mapping and intelligence;
- Prospect the market for continuous optimization - participate in the identification, evaluation and selection of new suppliers;
- Source new suppliers - ensure that the purchased products, materials and services meet specific technical specifications;
- Prepare Requests for Information/Proposal/Quotation documentation;
- Negotiate purchase terms and conditions;
- Evaluate products and suppliers according to key business criteria, monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns;
- Responsible for timely deliveries and resolving supply issues or discrepancies;
- Manage supplier change to minimize operational disruption;
- Assist with Tactical Procurement escalations, reconciliations and reporting;
- Ensure compliance with the Procurement Procedure of Brink’s Cash Solutions (RO) as well as Group guidelines.
