Job description

A leading distributor in the electronic equipment industry requires Procurement Administrator to manage the procurement of electronic equipment.

Ideal candidates should have superb interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, negotiate with suppliers and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and staff.

  • Effective stock procurement through a min / max inventory system
  • Maintaining Target GP’s at all times – Better buying / sourcing
  • Monthly Creditor Reconciliations (basic accounting advantageous)
  • Ensure consistent stock availability at the right price and time
  • Maintenance of inventory on Sage Evolution – All branches
  • Stock investigations, supplier inputs and returns
  • Maintain supplier relationships, methodology and pricelists
  • Certificate or Diploma in Procurement (advantageous)
  • 2+ years Distribution / Finance / Administration warehouse experience
  • ERP Software Experience (Sage Evolution)
