Job summary

A leading company in Cape Town seeks a Procurement Administrator to manage supplier communications and ensure order accuracy. Candidates must have a Matric certificate and effective communication skills. This permanent position offers a starting salary of R7,500 monthly and requires applicants to have their own transport.

Qualifications

  • Required qualification: Matric (Senior Certificate).
  • Advantageous skills: Valid driver’s License, bilingual in English & Afrikaans.
  • Sales or procurement-related experience preferred.

  • Procure price and availability from supplier.
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
  • Liaise with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

Job description

Working Hours : 08 : 00 – 17 : 00 (Monday to Friday)

Age Range : 21 – 35

Remuneration : R7 500

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Procure price and availability from supplier
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Process and receive stock orders electronically
  • Maintain and update system
  • Communicate important feedback from suppliers internally
