Tetra Pak has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Processing Sales Director who will be responsible for leading and managing sustainable profitable growth in Southern Africa. Processing sales growth in all categories in the markets according to agreed strategies and plans.
The role will be based in Johannesburg and report to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate has strong people management skills and former experience as a people leader. As a person, you are passionate about people and change and have a high level of commitment.
You are used to work across boundaries in a global organization and have the ability to think strategically, plan and execute. You have demonstrated excellent communication skills, analytical skills and a strong drive for results. In addition, you have a high customer focused mindset and possess strong business and market understanding.
