Process Technologist - Seafood Manufacturing

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or a relevant field.
• Prior experience (3-5 years) in seafood processing.
• Strong knowledge of seafood processing techniques and equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and quality regulations.
• Experience in process optimization and improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of seafood industry trends and best practices.
