Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the above vacancy at ADV Global Group – Johannesburg.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  1. The responsibilities and duties of the Process Specialist include analyzing and improving business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement process solutions to streamline operations, improve efficiencies, and increase productivity. This involves planning, documenting, and analyzing specific business processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  3. Ensure that efficient processes are developed and implemented for each country's processes and systems related to contracts, case management, contractor care, and information flow to payroll and HR systems.
  4. Evaluate existing business processes and create flowcharts, manuals, and relevant documentation outlining current practices.
  5. Create overall business process flows by assembling data and studying ways to develop process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, enhance service delivery, and improve time management.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal departments, especially the Solutions Department, to gather information, develop, and finalize internal processes related to contracts and service delivery.
  7. Document and update business processes by writing step-by-step guides for easy understanding and implementation.
  8. Oversee the implementation of improved processes, working with managers and staff to ensure clarity and timely application.
  9. Consult with external experts if necessary to ensure all processes comply with business standards and regulations.
  10. Regularly monitor and analyze business processes through reports and departmental consultations, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  11. Assist in training staff on new procedures and policies, ensuring familiarity and proper implementation.
  12. Conduct ongoing analysis after implementation to assess whether processes achieve desired outcomes.
  13. Update documents, procedures, and policies as improvements are identified.
  14. Provide regulatory process reports to the GM and MD.

Key Job Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Grade 12, preferably with Mathematics; ND or Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in business process analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Proven experience as a Process Manager or similar role.
  • Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies.
  • Skills: Managerial and planning skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, strong communication and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
