Key Responsibilities

• Design and document new workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate remotely with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making necessary adjustments.

• Facilitate virtual workshops and training sessions for client teams on new processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in process engineering, optimization, or a similar analytical role.
• Demonstrated expertise in process modeling, simulation, and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Python (for scripting/analysis), SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and their practical application.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver measurable results in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong presentation skills for remote client interactions.
• Experience with business process management (BPM) software is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain high productivity levels outside a traditional office environment.
