Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering with a focus on optimization and data analysis.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Proven ability to identify cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working effectively in a distributed or remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex chemical process data to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization focusing on energy, materials, and throughput.
• Utilize SPC and other analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and operations teams (remotely) to implement recommended changes.
• Design and execute experiments to validate optimization strategies and quantify impact.
