Overview

To deal with and influence the more strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process-related knowledge through modeling: simulating and analysing current and future states. The focus is on complex business outcomes and technical aspects, in line with the business Strategy.

Responsibilities
  • To deal with and influence the more strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process-related knowledge through modeling: simulating and analysing current and future states. The focus is on complex business outcomes and technical aspects, in line with the business Strategy.
  • Actively participates in all stages of developing new processes including the strategic vision, setting goals, planning, budgeting, and initiating and maintaining ongoing analysis and improvement of processes.
  • Provides support for continual improvements to existing processes.
  • Makes recommendations for improvement in order to reduce defects, operational issues, and cost.
  • Provides feedback to other engineers about the effectiveness of their work and the AS IS process.
  • Researches and documents trends with respect to the AS IS process.
  • Creates and maintains reports and documentation for the output of the process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field required
  • The ability to work with a cross-functional team is required.
  • 6+ years of experience in process engineering.
