The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and have 3-5 years of experience in a process improvement or quality environment. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Chemical Engineering and 3-5 years’ experience in Process Improvement/Optimization or Quality environment. This role calls for a person who is good at communication, and project management experience in a fast-paced environment with product development process. Experience in managing multiple projects at the same time will ensure success in this role.
The role’s objective is to develop and introduce Quality control and process improvements using the tools within the Q&PC Pillar linking through to step Zero of WCM (World Class Manufacturing). Your primary objective will be to improve the production performance KPI’s focusing on the key areas of Yield loss and cost reduction. Also involved in WCM projects within the Plant that links to Product Quality and cover for the Senior Process Engineer as and when required. To undertake these tasks in an efficient safe manner meeting with H&S legislation, company policy and Managers rules.
