Job description

We are looking for an Intermediate Process Engineer to join our team, based in Johannesburg.

Position Overview:

This position requires an experienced individual with a solid understanding of Enterprise Business Processes and business analysis.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assessing, analyzing, optimizing, documenting, implementing, and testing end-to-end enterprise business processes of a multi-skilled team.
  2. Interacting with the business community at all levels, facilitating design workshops, conducting end-user training, and leading presentations to senior management and executives.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to build a holistic view of the organisation’s strategy, processes, information, and technology assets.
  4. Linking and aligning the organisation's mission, strategy, processes, and IT strategy, documenting this using various models to meet current and future needs efficiently and sustainably.
  5. Performing business analysis to connect information, technology, processes, and business needs at varying levels of detail.
Preferred Experience:
  • Transactional products experience, especially in enterprise credit, collections, client & product risk management (preferred).
  • Experience working on agile projects, with knowledge of the SAFe framework, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with process modelling standards such as BPMN and tools like Aris.
