Candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • Proven background in EPC or EPCM project execution.
  • Registration with ECSA or actively working toward registration (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and review process engineering deliverables in accordance with project standards.
  • Perform technical calculations and simulations to support engineering decisions.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable industry codes, project specifications, and safety standards.

The successful applicant will play a critical role in process design and optimisation, ensuring the safe and efficient development of plant systems and infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelors Degreein Chemical Engineering (BSc or BEng)

Minimum of 7 yearsrelevant experience in process engineering

Proven background inEPC or EPCM project execution

Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)

Mass and Component Flow Diagrams (MCFD)

Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID)

Knowledge and / or experience with :

HAZOP,HAZLOC,FMECAmethodologies(advantageous)

Registration with ECSAor actively working toward registration(advantageous)

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and review process engineering deliverables in accordance with project standards

Perform technical calculations and simulations to support engineering decisions

Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and risk assessments

Support the HAZOP and safety design processes

Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation engineers during the 3D model design phase

Ensure all work complies with applicable industry codes, project specifications, and safety standards
