RCL Foods is currently looking for a Process Engineer to join our Groceries & Spreads Business Unit.

Location

The role is based in Boksburg and will report to the Process and Project Engineering Manager.

Role Overview

The role of the Process Engineer is critical in achieving the targets of the Manufacturing function as well as supporting the Business Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to factory operations by leading, coaching, and supporting the problem solving of process deviations that may occur.
2. Identify optimisation opportunities that reduce manufacturing costs, increase production efficiency, and ensure quality assurance.
3. Collaborate with the R&D department to successfully deliver innovation and renovation projects.
4. Contribute towards the development of the site's CAPEX agenda.
5. Deliver on the CAPEX agenda by executing projects within an agreed time, scope, and budget.
