Purpose Statement
  • Drive continuous improvement and develop business process solutions in support of Capitec Bank\'s vision and strategy.
  • Analyse, improve, design, and implement end-to-end business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure new or improved processes and procedures meet internal standards and comply with industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum: A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or Six Sigma (Green Belt) or Information Technology (IT) or Engineering
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Ideal or Preferred
  • A relevant post-graduate qualification in Business Analysis or IT or Engineering
Experience
  • Minimum: 3 years’ proven experience in Analytical or Business Improvement type of work
  • Proven experience in data analytics and business process / system process design, development, and implementation
  • Experience in Six Sigma, Lean principles, or Agile ways of work in a process improvement context
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Client experience improvement (e.g., identifying the root cause, action plans, and measures of success)
Ideal
  • 3 years’ relevant experience in designing, maintaining, supporting, and implementing banking processes and procedures
  • Strategic business case development / business model design / implementation
  • Experience in Six Sigma, Lean principles, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and Agile ways of work
  • Project Management skills to oversee improvement initiatives
  • Management or leadership experience
