Purpose Statement
- Drive continuous improvement and develop business process solutions in support of Capitec Bank\'s vision and strategy.
- Analyse, improve, design, and implement end-to-end business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure new or improved processes and procedures meet internal standards and comply with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum: A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis or Six Sigma (Green Belt) or Information Technology (IT) or Engineering
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Ideal or Preferred
- A relevant post-graduate qualification in Business Analysis or IT or Engineering
Experience
- Minimum: 3 years’ proven experience in Analytical or Business Improvement type of work
- Proven experience in data analytics and business process / system process design, development, and implementation
- Experience in Six Sigma, Lean principles, or Agile ways of work in a process improvement context
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Client experience improvement (e.g., identifying the root cause, action plans, and measures of success)
Ideal
- 3 years’ relevant experience in designing, maintaining, supporting, and implementing banking processes and procedures
- Strategic business case development / business model design / implementation
- Experience in Six Sigma, Lean principles, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and Agile ways of work
- Project Management skills to oversee improvement initiatives
- Management or leadership experience

Conditions of Employment
