Job summary

Teijin Aramid is seeking a Process Operator to join our client’s production team. You will work in a 5-shift system, operating from the control room and in the plant to keep the production process safe and running smoothly.

Responsibilities include monitoring process equipment, conducting inspections, performing checks and analyses, and coordinating with maintenance to resolve disruptions and improve efficiency.

Job description

Multiselect Next is looking for process operators for a client called Teijin Aramid in the Netherlands. Multiselect Next is an international recruitment and relocation agency that specializes in technical positions. Since the job is in the Netherlands candidates must learn Dutch, since Afrikaans is close to Dutch we are looking for talent that speaks fluent Afrikaans. Teijin Aramid is an international producer of aramid fibres. Its best-known brand is Twaron®. The company has several locations in the Netherlands. In Delfzijl, the chemical raw materials and aramid polymer are produced. This material is then transported to Emmen, where it is turned into strong fibres and yarns.

Twaron is lightweight, heat-resistant and, relative to its weight, approximately five times stronger than steel. This is why it is used in products that need to be strong, safe and durable, such as:

• Car tyres and timing belts

What do you do as a process operator?

You work in a 5-shift system and, together with your team, are responsible for keeping the production process safe and running smoothly. You work both from the control room using the DCS system and out in the plant.

Your main responsibilities
