Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking a Private Advisor to deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on wealth creation and protection strategies, with a focus on increasing VSI and client retention.

The role requires a Bachelors degree (NQF 7), RE5 and FAIS qualifications, 3-5 years in sales/service in financial services, and a proven ability to manage leads and build trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.
• Signed off on FAIS categories
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through Money Management principles.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth through effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
