Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking a Private Banking Advisor to deliver holistic wealth creation and protection strategies for a portfolio of private clients. You will provide independent financial guidance, tailor solutions across investments, protection and estate planning, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory requirements, collaboration across FRG teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences while pursuing revenue growth and portfolio

Qualifications

• Requires an NQF7 level degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• RE5 qualification is required.
• CFP is preferred for advanced advisory capability.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Banking, Investment, Financial Planning or Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by expanding the portfolio and delivering holistic financial solutions.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth to meet targets.
• Provide banking and financial solutions to clients within an allocated portfolio.
• Advise on fiduciary opportunities and client philanthropy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal processes.
• Build cross-functional relationships to improve delivery and drive innovation.
• Conduct client reviews and market financial services to clients.
• Engage in development activities to further professional growth.
• Deliver service excellence to clients and maintain high quality standards.
• Identify efficiencies to reduce wastage and costs.
