Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking a Private Banking advisor to deliver holistic wealth solutions and grow a client portfolio in George. You will provide independent guidance on wealth creation, accumulation and protection while aligning with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in banking/wealth management, RE5, NQF7 in finance/economics, and CFP is a plus. You will work within the Private Banking and Advisory Team to drive client satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• NQF7 Finance/Economics/Accounting degree.
• RE5 qualification completed.
• CFP (preferred).
• 3–5 years’ banking/wealth management client-facing experience.
• Sign-off on insurance and investment-related subcategories.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by growing the portfolio with holistic advice.
• Identify opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Provide banking and financial solutions to a client portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships across teams to improve delivery.
