Job summary

FNB South Africa in Ermelo, Mpumalanga, seeks a Private Advisor to deliver exceptional experiences to Private Wealth clients, focusing on foundational wealth creation, accumulation, and protection. You will apply Money Management principles to deepen client engagement and strengthen long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in financial services sales, FSCA/COB compliance, and FAIS categories.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NQF 7 FSCA approved degree.
• RE5 regulatory compliance certificates with Class of Business (COB).
• 3–5 years' experience in a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.
• Signed off on FAIS categories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
• Increase VSI and drive client retention using Money Management principles.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth by managing the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
