Job Description

To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Wealth clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.

  • Identify local and offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy.
  • Participate in planned activities appropriate for personal development.
  • Build working relationships across teams and functions to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Identify and utilize opportunities for revenue growth to meet sales targets.
  • Provide suitable banking and financial solutions within an allocated client portfolio.
  • Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adhere to relevant processes.
  • Conduct client reviews within the context of client engagements and market financial services solutions.
  • Deliver customer experience excellence aligned with organizational values and service standards.
  • Provide internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality standards.
  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to reduce costs.
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing the portfolio, providing holistic advice and solutions that ensure growth.
