FNB Private Wealth is seeking a competent advisor to deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management solutions for a portfolio of clients. You will provide independent advice, integrate money management principles, and drive VSI growth while maintaining high standards of service.
The role requires 3–5 years in banking/wealth management, RE5, and preferably CFP certification. A strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, cross-team collaboration, and long-term client retention is expected.

This job applies relevant Money Management principles to deepen client engagement, drive Vertical Sales Index (VSI) growth, and strengthen long-term client retention and entrenchment. To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Wealth clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
