Job summary

FirstRand Group, a leading financial services group in South Africa, seeks a Private Clients specialist to enhance wealth creation and client engagement. You will promote Money Management principles, grow the VSI, and retain customers while expanding the client base.

The role focuses on sales and service excellence within RMB and related offerings. Applicants should have a relevant FSCA-approved degree and RE5 compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with COB (Class of Business) Experience - 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth for the business through ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:
