A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private PA / EA to support a busy household with five young children.
Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & Schedule Management: Manage a complex and busy schedule, including the principal's diary and children's schedules.
- School & Nursery Liaison: Communicate with schools and nursery regarding important events, absenteeism, and other key information.
- Travel Arrangements: Organise domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
- Household & Property Management: Work closely with the house manager and liaise with contractors to ensure smooth household operations.
- Event & Hospitality Planning: Book restaurants, theatre shows, and social events as required.
- General Administration: Handle household administration, including managing mail, email, bills, insurance renewals, and invoices.
- Educational Support: Liaise with tutors and music tutors to coordinate schedules and progress.
- Staff Communication: Maintain excellent communication with the housekeeper, chef, and driver to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Medical & Wellness Management: Book medical appointments and manage healthcare schedules.
- Gift & Lifestyle Management: Source and purchase gifts for birthdays and special occasions.
- Membership & Subscription Management: Maintain and manage personal and household memberships and subscriptions.
- Personal Shopping: Handle shopping needs for the principals, children, and household.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Private PA / EA role supporting a busy family and working with young children.
- A discreet, trustworthy, and professional individual who maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly proficient with modern technology with strong skills in Microsoft Office and other essential administrative software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs without constant supervision.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability.
- A team player who can collaborate with household staff and external service providers.
- Child-friendly, able to work within a busy family setting and step in to help with childcare if needed.
- Adaptable and quick-thinking, capable of handling last-minute changes.
- Knowledge of London's top restaurants, venues, and international travel requirements is a plus.
- Always responsive and available to handle urgent requests.
- Right to work in the UK and valid passport (no need for travel).
- Up to date DBS.
- Confident driver.
