Key Responsibilities
  • Apply sales processes to meet targets and foster client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end client management process, from engagement to post-sales support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and processes to achieve sales goals.
  • Comply with governance, legislation, and audit requirements.
  • Generate leads, contact prospects, and sell banking products to meet sales targets.
  • Track sales activities to ensure targets are met.
  • Continuously develop personal competencies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Completed FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher.
  • Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.
  • In accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA), a credit record check is required.
