Job Description

Responsible for applying sales processes within the area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply appropriate sales processes to meet targets and develop client relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional service, exceeding client expectations through proactive solutions.
  • Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities within the business portfolio.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, and processes to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and audit requirements.
  • Generate leads, contact prospective clients, and sell banking products to meet sales targets.
  • Manage the entire client engagement process, from application to post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitor information, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and influence sales activities to meet targets.
  • Continuously develop personal competencies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Completed FSCA-recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
  • Passed the First Level Regulatory Examination.
  • In accordance with the National Credit Act, credit record checks are required for applicants.
