  • Maintaining expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve sales targets.

  • Retrieving qualified leads from internal sales pipelines and making contact with existing or new customers to generate sales. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and channels to increase the customer base if required.
  • Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end client management process through continuous engagement, presenting the FNB value proposition, facilitating application processes, preparing proposals, managing internal dependencies, closing deals, and handling post-sales queries.
  • Analyzing competitor information and monitoring market trends and influences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tracking, controlling, and influencing sales activities to meet sales targets in line with quality, productivity, and sales requirements.
  • Managing personal development to increase competencies.
