  • Maintaining expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
  • Understanding and complying with governance in terms of legislation and audit requirements.
  • Retrieving all qualified leads from internal channel sales pipeline and making contact with existing or new customers to generate sales. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and other channels to increase the customer base if required.
  • Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products to achieve sales targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end client management process through continuous engagement, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating the application process, preparing proposals, managing internal dependencies, closing deals, and managing post-sales queries when relevant.
  • Analyzing competitor information and monitoring market trends and influences. Identifying new business opportunities that impact the industry.
  • Tracking, controlling, and influencing sales activities to achieve set sales targets in line with quality, productivity, and sales requirements.
  • Managing own development to increase competencies.
