Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply sales processes to meet targets and foster client relationships.
  • Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, and procedures to drive sales.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Deliver exceptional, proactive, and innovative service.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Comply with governance, legislation, and audit requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end client process, from engagement to post-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and influence sales activities to meet targets.
  • Continuously develop personal competencies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • FSCA recognized FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher.
  • First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
  • In accordance with the National Credit Act, a credit record check is required.
