  • Retrieving qualified leads from internal channels and making contact with existing or new customers to generate sales. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and channels to expand the customer base if required.
  • Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products to meet sales targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end client management process, including engagement, application facilitation, proposal preparation, internal dependencies, closing deals, and post-sales support.
  • Analyzing competitor information and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tracking and influencing sales activities to meet sales targets in line with quality and productivity standards.
  • Managing personal development to enhance competencies.
