  • Maintaining expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines to drive and achieve sales targets.

  • Retrieving qualified leads from internal sales pipelines and contacting existing or new customers to generate sales. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and channels to increase the customer base if required.
  • Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products to meet sales targets.
  • Managing the end-to-end client management process, including engagement, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating applications, preparing proposals, managing dependencies, closing deals, and handling post-sales queries.
  • Analyzing competitor information and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tracking and influencing sales activities to meet sales targets in line with quality and productivity standards.
  • Managing personal development to enhance competencies.
Additional Requirements
