Job summary

A dynamic private equity and investment management company in Stellenbosch is looking for an Accountant who can start immediately. The successful candidate will handle various financial reporting duties, manage loans, and coordinate tax planning activities. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ Years Relevant experience as an Accountant.
• Articles or experience at a small audit/accounting practice is beneficial.
• Own Transport required.

Our client, a dynamic private equity and investment management company, seeks an Accountant to join their team, who can start immediately or as soon as possible at their offices in Stellenbosch.

Requirements :

• Grade 12
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Non-Negotiable)
• 4+ Years Relevant experience as an Accountant
• Articles or experience at a small audit/accounting practice beneficial
• MS Office - Excel knowledge
• Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Assisting with financial reporting
• Assisting with operations reporting
• Calculating and monitoring Capex projects
• Managing loans and external debt
• Overseeing intercompany loans
• Overseeing shareholder loans
• Coordinating tax planning activities
• Reviewing VAT
• Performing secretarial annual duties
• Maintaining and updating tree structures
