Job summary

FirstRand invites you to join FNB Private Clients as an Advisor focused on education and wealth creation for Private Clients RMB clients. You will drive client engagement, grow the leads pipeline and promote key financial services solutions within our banking group.

With an FSCA-approved Degree and RE5 compliance, you will contribute to sales targets, ensure service excellence, and help grow the client base through reliable, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
• Increase VSI and drive client retention and entrenchment using Money Management principles.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth through effective management of the leads pipeline.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
