YOU ARE OUR IDEAL FINANCIAL PLANNER CANDIDATE IF YOU:
  1. Have a relevant diploma / degree (financial qualification advantageous - RE5 certification)
  2. Minimum 2 years of property sales experience, or experience in a financial advisory role
  3. Track record of excellence in achieving sales targets and other KPI's
  4. Excellent English communication skills
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
  6. Reliable transport during working hours
  7. Home office set up with a stable internet connection
  8. Computer literate (Excel, Word, G Suite, Zoom)
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WOULD GIVE YOU THE EDGE:
  1. Knowledge of trust and company structures
  2. Knowledge of property financing
  3. Knowledge of the property registration processes
