Job summary

FirstRand Limited's FNB is seeking a Private Advisor to deliver exceptional service to private clients focusing on foundational wealth creation and risk management. You’ll educate clients on solutions across the wealth spectrum and help grow the client base through trusted relationships in Johannesburg.

Ideal candidates have a relevant NQF level 7 degree, RE5 compliance with COB, 3–5 years in financial sales/service, and FAIS category clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved degree.
• RE5 regulatory compliance certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business).
• 3–5 years' experience in a sales/service area of a financial environment.
• Signed off on FAIS categories.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through contextual Money Management.
• Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth by managing the leads pipeline effectively.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
