Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited seeks a Private Wealth Advisor to deliver education and guidance to Private Wealth clients on wealth creation, accumulation and protection strategies, aiming to increase VSI and client retention.

You will market the full range of financial services, manage leads, grow active client accounts and ensure FAIS compliance while driving profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with COB experience; 3–5 years in a financial sales/service environment.
• Signed off on FAIS categories.

Responsibilities

• Grow customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads and expanding active accounts.
• Comply with statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements and implement related procedures.

Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles. Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering. Assist with profit growth for the business through ensuring effective management of the leads pipeline. Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.

Responsibilities

Ensure growth and increase in customer base by ensuring the management of existing clients, generates new leads and grows active customer account base. Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements as well as set processes and procedures related to area of specialization.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification - Relevant NQF level 7 FSCA approved Degree.
• RE5 Regulatory Compliance Certificates with relevant COB (Class of Business) Experience - 3 to 5 years' experience within a Sales/Service area of a financial environment.
• Signed off on FAIS categories
