This contract-based program offers hands-on training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategies, equipping you with the skills needed to serve high-net-worth individuals.

Successful candidates will be evaluated based on performance, with top achievers offered permanent positions within the bank, paving the way for a successful career in private banking.

Requirements:

• Completed FAIS accredited NQF level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in fields such as BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics.
• Qualification from one of the following institutions:

• University of Pretoria
• University of the Witwatersrand
• University of Johannesburg
• University of Western Cape
• Stellenbosch University
• University of Kwa-Zulu Natal
• University of Free State
• North-West University

The program will be based at our main hubs in Gauteng, KwaZulu Natal, and Cape Town, and candidates must be willing to be based in these regions.
