Description

To assist in proactively managing a portfolio of FNB Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Advisors through analysis, research, sales, and service fulfillment, with the goal of identifying opportunities for banking new clients and growing existing client portfolios through effective stakeholder management.

Role Purpose :

To support the proactive management of a portfolio of FNB Private Wealth Clients alongside Private Advisors by providing analysis, research, sales, and service delivery, aiming to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Support sales through client portfolio analysis and proactive engagement.
  • Contribute to profit growth by acquiring new clients.
  • Achieve financial targets and maintain service standards.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the customer base with creditworthy and profitable clients.
  • Grow and retain existing clients, generate new leads, and increase active accounts.
  • Use resources responsibly to help contain costs.
  • Deliver high-quality, proactive, and innovative advice that exceeds client expectations.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence and positive relationships, encouraging feedback.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to achieve operational goals.
  • Comply with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
  • Innovate by finding faster, more accurate ways of working.
  • Understand and promote all financial services solutions offered.
  • Regularly assess personal performance, seek feedback, and pursue training opportunities.
  • Develop collaborative relationships within FNB and across the FirstRand Group.

You will be an ideal candidate if you :

  • Hold a relevant NQF7 Level Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Have completed the RE5 qualification.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in sales/service within a banking or financial environment.

Additional Requirements

Applicants will require a credit record check in accordance with the National Credit Act (NCA).
