Job Description: Assist in proactively managing a portfolio of Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Bankers through analysis, research, sales, and service delivery.

The goal is to identify additional opportunities for banking new clients and growing existing client portfolios through effective stakeholder management.

Use work resources responsibly to help contain costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve financial targets and maintain service levels.
  • Provide high-quality advice that exceeds customer expectations with proactive and innovative solutions.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence, building positive relationships and encouraging feedback.
  • Offer sound services and recommendations based on customer needs, current information, and trends.
  • Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships to meet operational objectives.
  • Grow the customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads, and expanding active accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to attract creditworthy and profitable customers.
  • Ensure efficient administration through careful planning, reporting, and updating relevant information.
  • Comply with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
  • Compile reports to track progress and inform business decisions.
  • Manage the leads pipeline effectively.
  • Support sales via client portfolio analysis and proactive engagement.
  • Innovate by finding faster and more accurate ways of working.
  • Contribute to profit growth through sales and new client acquisition.
  • Understand and promote all financial services solutions within the business offering.
