Job summary

FirstRand Bank India is seeking a Private Advisor to guide Private Clients in wealth creation and asset growth. You will educate clients on financial solutions, grow the client base and support profit growth through effective lead management.

You will need an NQF level 7 FSCA-approved degree, RE5 compliance for SUB-CATS, and 3–5 years in financial services sales. Build relationships based on trust and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is an NQF level 7 FSCA approved degree.
• RE5 regulatory compliance certificates with relevant Class of Business for SUB-CATS.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Sales/Service area within a financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private Clients RMB on basic wealth creation and accumulation.
• Increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention using Money Management principles.
• Market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
• Assist with profit growth by managing the leads pipeline effectively.
• Produce consistently high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines.
