Job DescriptionAccountabilities: - Build and maintain customer relationships in the preferred market segments, acting as the primary contact point for clients.
- Collaborate with specialists to ensure clients experience the full spectrum of our value proposition.
- Respond promptly to client requests, understanding their needs fully.
- Generate new business through current and prospective clients and ensure proper onboarding.
- Retain clients by applying appropriate remedial actions when necessary.
- Achieve customer satisfaction scores as per thresholds by providing excellent service.
- Work seamlessly with the sales support team to support your portfolio.
- Deepen relationships and meet individual client needs to achieve targeted income from each portfolio.
- Prepare weekly performance reviews with your manager to discuss client contact plans, opportunities, and successes.
- Review and negotiate pricing structures in line with policies to ensure product profitability.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products within campaign parameters, ensuring compliance with FAIS, FICA, and NCA regulations.
- Drive income growth through lead actioning, timely client reviews, and service requests.
- Manage risk and credit assessments to protect assets, maintaining transparency with clients regarding credit arrangements.
- Coordinate client reviews and ensure timely completion within credit guidelines.
- Own client risk management, adhering to regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Act as backup for team members during absences or peak times.
- Stay updated on industry developments to support client service and identify risks or opportunities.
- Maintain CPD hours and complete relevant training modules as per requirements.
- Participate in segment-specific initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Align personal performance with Absa’s values and vision.
