Job summary

Pronto Labour Team is seeking a Production Manager for the printing sector. The role requires hands-on leadership of a shift-based team, with a focus on efficiency, quality and safety.

Experience in printing is essential; flexographic exposure is a plus but not mandatory. You should have 4–5 years in production, plus management, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, and a clean criminal record. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Printing industry experience is essential.
• Diploma in Engineering/Industrial or related field.
• Flexographic (Flexo) experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Minimum 4–5 years' experience in production.
• Management and supervisory leadership.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Safety management experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment and quality.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Clean criminal record to be verified.
