We are looking for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Support Technician to join our growing team!

1. Provide exceptional technical support: Assist our team with daily IT needs, including troubleshooting computer issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and providing software support.
2. Maintain IT infrastructure: Help monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, PCs, network devices, and backups.
3. Support Microsoft and Google Environments: Gain experience working with both Microsoft and Google Workspace environments, providing assistance to users on both platforms.
4. Learn and grow: Expand your knowledge of IT security, firewalls, and network management while working alongside experienced professionals.
5. Document and train: Contribute to maintaining up-to-date procedure documents and training materials.
6. Collaborate effectively: Work closely with our team to ensure optimal uptime of our IT infrastructure and provide timely resolutions to support calls.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in

1. Education: A degree or 3-year diploma in Information Technology; A+ and Network+ Certifications are a plus.
2. Experience: Ideally 2 to 3 years work experience in an IT Technician role.
3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft software, Google Workspace, and basic networking concepts.
4. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
5. Valid Driver's License: Required for on-site repairs and support.
