Salary: R10 000 – R25 000 (dependent on experience; up to R25 000 for Epson specialists)

About the Role

A leading Telecommunications and Printing Solutions provider in Centurion is seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with printer installation, maintenance, and repairs, with a strong preference for those with printer expertise. However, experience with other printer brands will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and repair printers and related hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Support clients with queries related to printers, drivers, and connectivity.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal printer performance.
• Work with print management software and solutions to support client requirements.
• Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and completion of service calls.

Requirements

• 2–6 years’ experience as a Printer Technician.
• Strong knowledge of printer hardware and software (Epson preferred).
• Experience with print management solutions such as: Papercut, MIQ, Misoft (or similar), EPA
