Qualifications

• MBA or related field from a reputable institution.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategy development, or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading significant strategic projects and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Expertise in strategic frameworks, financial analysis, and business process re‑engineering.
• Outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing remote teams in a distributed environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; remote from Cape Town.

Responsibilities
