Job summary

Cytel Inc. is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer to work remotely, embedded with a pharmaceutical client. You will lead SAS and R programming for SDTM/ADaM datasets, tables and listings, while overseeing CRO deliverables and ensuring regulatory submission readiness.

The role requires 7+ years in statistical programming, a strong CDISC background, and independent work style with effective communication and leadership. Global regulatory interactions are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics or statistics.
• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer on a Biotech/Pharma Biometrics team or similar.
• Exceptional SAS programming skills and CDISC standards experience (SDTM/ADaM).
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and interactions with FDA/global authorities.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specs, datasets, reviewer's guide and define.xml for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to produce datasets, listings, tables, and graphs.
• Deliver high-quality programming results and validate SAS/R programs for clinical development.
• Oversee CRO programming deliverables to ensure timelines and quality.
• Support preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions and publications.
• Follow FDA/GxP guidelines for electronic submissions.
• Create and maintain programming standards, tools, outputs and macros.
